These Terms & Conditions apply to every booking made with Travel Point Hajj Umrah & Ziyarat ("we", "us", "our") – in our office, by phone, WhatsApp, e-mail or through this website. By making a booking or a payment you accept these terms.
Bookings & Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after we receive the advance amount and the documents asked for (passport copy, photographs, ID proof and any other document required for the visa or the airline). Until then all prices and availability are subject to change.
- The name on the booking must match the passport exactly.
- You are responsible for checking that the travel dates, names and package details on your confirmation are correct.
- Group departures run subject to a minimum number of travellers.
Prices & Payments
Package prices are quoted per person in Indian Rupees (₹) and are based on the airfare, hotel rates, visa fees, taxes and exchange rates on the date of the quote. If any of these change before the full payment is made (for example a government tax, a Saudi visa fee or an airline fuel surcharge), the difference will be charged.
- The balance amount must be paid on or before the date given at the time of booking.
- Payments can be made by UPI, bank transfer, cheque or cash at our office. Always send us the transaction ID and receipt from the Online Payment page.
- We are not responsible for money paid to any person or account other than the official accounts shown on our website and receipts.
Travel Documents & Visa
Your passport must be valid for at least six months from the date of travel. The issue of a visa is the sole decision of the embassy / government concerned; we only assist with the application. We cannot be held responsible for a visa being delayed or refused, and visa fees are not refundable once the application is submitted.
Flights, Hotels & Transport
Flight schedules, hotel allocations and transport are provided by independent airlines, hotels and transport companies. Changes made by them (schedule changes, delays, cancellations, change of aircraft or hotel of the same category) are beyond our control. We will always try to offer the best possible alternative.
- Hotel check-in and check-out times are as per the hotel's rules.
- Distances of hotels from the Haram are approximate.
- Baggage allowance is as per the airline's rules.
Conduct of Travellers
Travellers must follow the laws and customs of the country they visit, the rules of the Saudi authorities during Hajj and Umrah, and the instructions of our group leaders. We may refuse service to anyone whose behaviour puts other travellers at risk.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation charges and refunds are explained in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Limitation of Liability
We act as an agent for airlines, hotels, transport companies and other suppliers. We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay or extra expense caused by these suppliers, or by events beyond our control such as natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, political unrest or changes in government rules. We recommend that every traveller takes suitable travel insurance.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Gorakhpur only.
