Inclusions, duration, best time and customised Umrah.
Our Umrah packages generally include the Umrah visa, return air tickets, hotels in Makkah and Madinah, airport and intercity transfers, Ziyarat of holy places, meals as per package and guidance throughout the journey. The exact inclusions are listed on each package page.
The Umrah rituals themselves take only a few hours, but most pilgrims from India choose a 10 to 21 day package so they can spend time in both Makkah and Madinah. We offer short, 15-day and 20-night options, and can customise the duration for you.
Umrah can be performed throughout the year except during the Hajj days. Ramazan is the most rewarding and the busiest season, so it should be booked early. The winter months (November to February) are pleasant, and Rabi ul Awal is also a popular time to visit Madinah.
Yes. Along with our 15, 16 and 17 day Umrah packages, we can customise your trip: travel dates, the number of days in Makkah and Madinah, hotel category, room sharing and extra Ziyarat. Tell us your budget and we will plan around it.
Yes. We run Umrah group departures through the year with an experienced group leader, so first-time pilgrims and elders travel with company and guidance. Group departures are often the most economical option.
Yes, many of our pilgrims are elders. On request we arrange hotels closer to the Haram, rooms with lift access and wheelchair assistance at the airport and in the Haram. Please tell us at the time of booking so we can plan for it.
Hajj registration, preparation and guidance.
Yes. We assist with Hajj tour packages along with complete Hajj guidance and preparation. Availability and pricing depend on the season and quota, so please contact us early to register your interest.
Ideally several months in advance. Registration and document checks happen well before the Hajj days, and seats are limited. Starting early gives you time for your passport, vaccinations, payments and preparation sessions.
Hajj is one of the five pillars of Islam and is obligatory once in a lifetime for those who are able. It takes place on fixed dates (8–13 Dhul Hijjah) and includes Arafah, Muzdalifah and Mina. Umrah is a shorter pilgrimage that can be performed at any time of the year.
Yes. We guide our pilgrims on the rituals of Hajj, Ihram, what to pack, health precautions and what to expect each day, so you can focus on ibadat once you arrive.
Umrah visa, tourist visas and the paperwork you need.
Generally you need a passport valid for at least 6 months, recent passport-size photographs with a white background, an Aadhaar / PAN card copy and the required vaccination details. Our team shares the exact checklist when you book, as rules can change.
Yes. Visa processing is included in all our Umrah packages. We also offer visa-only service if you have already arranged the rest of your trip.
It depends on the country and visa type. Umrah e-visas are usually processed in a few working days, and a Thailand e-Visa usually in 2–3 working days. We give you the expected timeline before you apply. See Visa Services.
Yes. Apart from Saudi Arabia, we assist with tourist and visit visas for countries such as the UAE (Dubai) and Thailand, along with flights and hotel bookings.
Not always. For many visas the documents can be shared 100% online. You are always welcome to visit our Gorakhpur office if you prefer personal assistance.
Saudi Arabia requires the quadrivalent meningococcal (ACYW) vaccine for pilgrims, and seasonal flu vaccination is recommended. We share the latest health requirements at the time of booking.
How to book, payments, prices and cancellations.
1. Send an enquiry or call us. 2. Choose your package and dates with our team. 3. Pay the booking amount and share your documents. 4. We process your visa, confirm flights and hotels. 5. You receive your travel documents and final briefing before departure.
A booking amount is needed to confirm your seat, and the balance is paid before departure. The exact amount depends on the package and season; our team tells you clearly before you pay and gives a receipt for every payment.
Prices depend on the season, airfare, hotel availability and exchange rates. Ramazan and holiday periods cost more. The price we confirm in writing at booking is the price you pay for the inclusions listed.
Cancellation charges depend on when you cancel and on airline, hotel and visa rules. A visa fee is generally non-refundable once the visa is issued. The applicable terms are shared with you in writing at the time of booking.
Hotels, meals, transport, luggage and on-trip support.
It depends on the hotel category you choose. Premium and deluxe packages offer hotels within walking distance of Masjid al-Haram and Masjid an-Nabawi, while economy packages may use hotels a little further away with transport.
Most packages include buffet-style Indian meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) during your stay in Makkah and Madinah. Meal plans are mentioned on each package.
Airport transfers, the Makkah–Madinah journey and Ziyarat are by comfortable air-conditioned coaches or private vehicles, depending on the package.
Baggage allowance depends on the airline and fare, and is mentioned on your ticket. On the return flight most airlines allow one 5-litre Zamzam can per passenger in addition to checked baggage.
Yes. Our team is available 24x7 on phone and WhatsApp while you travel, and a local representative assists you with transfers, hotel check-in and Ziyarat in Saudi Arabia.
Yes, laundry services are available at or near the hotels. Some packages include laundry; otherwise it is available at a small cost.
Travelling with family, children, elders and women pilgrims.
Saudi regulations now allow adult women to perform Umrah without a Mahram as part of an organised group. Some scholars still require a Mahram, so families may decide according to their own scholarly guidance. Our team can explain the current rules.
Yes, children of all ages can travel with their parents and can perform Umrah. They need their own passport and visa, and child fares apply for flights and some services.
Yes. Rooms are available on double, triple and quad sharing, so families can stay together. Let us know the group size when you book.
